Has 10 years’ experience in management roles in diverse manufacturing industries including pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies. Charks holds a Bachelor honours degree.

Has a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Mangosuthu University of Technology. He has worked at AECI (Production Technical), Tetra Pak (Shift Production Manager) and Unilever (Production Manager).
